It’s and excellent essential oil with a strong, pleasant scent of a live, fresh pine tree. It clears my nasal passages and relieves cough. Seems even that my lungs are working better, the breathing is easier after having inhaled it slowly and deeply for a couple of minutes into each nostril. Fir needle essential oil by the same company is very similar to this one, which is understandable as both trees are closely related.
