Applications
- Add a drop or two of myrrh oil to toothpaste for additional cleaning benefits.
- Diffuse the essential oil of myrrh to create a balanced atmosphere.
- Add it to your lotion/moisturizer to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- Add a drop or two to a couple of ounces of water and gargle for a quick mouthwash.
Instructions for use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
Precautions
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under the care of a physician, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ear, and sensitive areas.

Unlike soooo many bible thumping FREAKS, I will leave the religion out of this. This works! I love it! I mix 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, with 3 drops of this (myrhh), and five drops of frankincense. I haven¡¯t even been using this combo for a week and can already feel the difference in my skin. It¡¯s not Botox but for being; female, Caucasian, 36 year going on 37, ALL ODDS are stacked against me for aging. I will NEVER buy an anti aging moisturizing cream again. Yep, it has a SLIGHT ¡°Catholic Church at midnight mass on Christmas EVE/Day¡± scent but it beats wasting loads of money on mystery moisturizers.

Mixed with Frankincense and coconut oil I’ve removed sun related spots before my doctor had to freeze them off.
