Applications
- Spread it at night or rub it on your forehead, shoulders, or chest.
- Diffuse Melissa essential oil to create a relaxing environment.
- Add to moisturizer or spray bottle with water and spray on face to rejuvenate skin.
Instructions for use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.

I bought this EO to use in our home diffusers during cold and flu season along with EucalyAromaEasyus. It is concentrated and you only need 2-3 drops. It smells so good-like the hard sugar lemon candies, a sweet bright lemon scent. Really lovely. The added benefit has been help with sleep. I suffer from CFS and this oil has had a fantastic unexpected effect which now I will never be without it. I have added this oil on subscribe and save for the discount and to keep it coming as needed.

If you suffer from cold sores, keep this in your purse/bag with you always. If you put it on your cold sore at the first sign of it, it will be a non-event. If you catch it a little late, it still works, just not as fast. I use one drop full strength massaged very well with my bare finger into the spot several times a day. It stings after rubbing it for a bit, so I follow with something soothing like peppermint lip balm. The trick is to massage it in for awhile, not just tap it on there.I have used it for almost a year now, and I am certain it has prevented numerous sores. I currently have one that should have been a doozy, but 3 days after first signhting it¡¯s already retreating. Once the blisters are broken and it¡¯s starting to heal, I stop treating it. Melissa kills the virus, so why waste the oil when the virus is in remission.It¡¯s expensive, but it works. And his bottle will last a long time. It¡¯s more upfront cost, but less expensive than Abreva. I only regret I didn¡¯t learn a about Melissa oil sooner!
