Applications
- Combine equal parts fractionated coconut oil and lemongrass oil for a massage after a hard workout.
- Use it to flavor entrees and meat dishes while promoting healthy digestion.
- It mixes well with basil, cardamom, or spearmint.
- Dilute lemongrass oil, then rub or spray onto skin before going out.
- Lemongrass essential oil naturally repels insects.
Instructions for use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
Precautions
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under the care of a physician, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ear, and sensitive areas.

Let me start by saying I am not a fan of lemon scented anything. The scent of lemon (or lemongrass in this case) is not appealing to me, but I thought it might work well in some essential oil blends. Thankfully, it has. A little warning…I use about 1/2 of what the “recipe” calls for an it is always enough (more than enough sometimes). The scent is starting to grow on me, but this essential oil really packs a punch. Seriously…start off with less than you think unless you just LOVE lemongrass. You won’t be disappointed with this oil!

Love this! It’s clean, it’s fresh, and no cheap oil smell. I had a different brand I used to use, but they cheaped out and changed the recipe, so I went looking for a new essential oil supplier, and boy am I happy I did! I love this brand, and it’s many oils.
