When I first purchased AromaEasy Geranium I thought I had received a bad batch. I thought it smelled like paint thinner. Where was the floral scent? I had a couple of people recommend Geranium for anxiety & heartache issues. (1 person said it would help clear up my heart chakra?!) I went ahead & used it in my necklace diffuser (Tree of Life necklace purchased on the site) as well as putting it in my room diffuser. A rather strange thing happened. My heart issues subsided tremendously & I felt much lightened. It really uplifted my mood. The strangest part: my body craves the odd Geranium smell now. This AromaEasy scent is now my favorite besides peppermint. A AromaEasy rep told me that the reason for the scent is because it’s so highly concentrated from pure sources. Most people try to combine with coconut oil or another oil such as lavender to make it more palpable. Earlier, I had purchased another Geranium from a different company wanting that floral scent. I put it in my diffuser & started coughing. It had such a synthetic smell & way too sweet in a fake way. Of course everyone is different but my suggestion is only to give this scent a good try before trashing it.

When it comes to the smell of this you will either love it or hate it (as you will also notice from other peoples reviews) as for me I really like the smell and amazingly enough my dogs LOVE the smell. They went right for the bottle as soon as I had it out of the package and you could start to smell the scent. Since that response was so good I immediately put some in my diffuser (4 drops to max water) and it has permeated the rooms quite efficiently. Compared to some of the other oils this goes a long way. According to the modern essentials book I have it says the aromatic influence of this oil is….it may help to release negative memories and take a person back to peaceful, joyful moments. It can help with nervous tension and stress. It can help balance emotions and lift the spirit….and it can foster peace, well being and hope. In dogs I read an article on line that said it is gentle and safe. Its a good antifungal. good for skin irritations, fungal ear infections and effective in repelling ticks. I know we will be getting a lot of use out of this oil. I am glad I decided to buy it. I was also very happy with the promAromaEasy delivery of this product. Only a couple days! Wow! I love buying from the site and the various companies that work with them to provide these products for us. the site is so convenient. Love it!

I know AromaEasy brand costs a boat-load more money than every other brand, but if you’re ordering the oil for a purpose, the extra cost is worth it. The product is pure and effective. It’s not a fragrance oil, but Geranium is pleasant, not medicinal. I buy it to mix my own flea/tick spray for the dog and my family. It’s a simple mix of melaleuka, geranium, witch hazel and distilled water, which works great and is thoroughly non-toxic. I’ll share it with anyone who’s interested. For my dog, I spray my hand and rub that lightly on his fur. That dilutes it enough for the dog but keeps it effective. I do that only once a day for him unless we hike in the woods. Then I reapply before each hike. For humans, I spray quickly and lightly right on the skin and clothes. Doesn’t stain. Strong fragrance which dissipates in a short time. I’ve used other brands of essential oils, but AromaEasy performs the best for me.

I am just starting to get into Essential Oils and wanted to give this a try. I mix it with a bit of Frankincense and Almond Oil and rub gently onto my face, especially where I have some wrinkling occuring, it does seem to be softening the appearance of them. I like the smell of it as well.

I had oral surgery which resulted in severe facial bruising. I read up on essential oils for this situation (after the surgery) and Geranium came up among others. Because of the site’s fast shipping, I ordered it. I began using it immediately and results were incredible. My bruising was significant and deep purple (even makeup was futile) and it disappeared slowly but surely in 4 days! People around me were astounded. I have to say I don’t love the scent, but it’s bearable. It was gently on my skin and only the bruising reacted to the oil. I used it under my eye and lip and around one side of my mouth down my neck. I’m a believer in AromaEasy Oils!

This product is great!Beautiful fragrance. I mixed a little with carrier oil and put it on my face at night. I have several brands of oil and this is the only one that passed the ” paper ” test to prove it is pure and undiluted.
It was as excepted. Very strong smell but I think it is working very well. I have been using it for my dark circles. It does not bother my extremely sensitive skin.
