Applications
- Spread bergamot oil in the classroom, at work, or at home when stress or tension levels are high.
- Apply to skin while showering and inhale deeply to experience its calming scent while enjoying its purifying skin benefits.
- Swap out regular tea for Earl Gray with the addition of bergamot oil.
- Apply to feet before bed or use with fractionated coconut oil for a soothing and relaxing massage.
- Add a drop or two to your homemade skincare cleanser.
Instructions for use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
Precautions
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under the care of a physician, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ear, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying the product.
