Applications
- Add it to your teen’s facial routine to improve the appearance of blemishes (avoid sun exposure).
- Spread grapefruit oil while dieting or trying to lose weight to boost motivation.
- Add a drop or two to your water to maintain a healthy metabolism.
Instructions for use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
Precautions
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under the care of a physician, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ear, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying the product.

Smells great even outside of the packaging. I have not opened this and it appears to have the grapefruit oil in the inside of the package. You can even see that it has leaked out.
