Applications
Apply to feet and legs before a long run.
Diffuse cypress oil with essential oil of lime for an invigorating scent.
Mix cypress and grapefruit essential oil with a carrier oil for an invigorating massage.
Add a drop or two to toner to help improve the appearance of oily skin.
Instructions for use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

I have tried different brands of essential oils over the years, and some are not as good as others. I can tell that AromaEasy is a high quality essential oil and they always have a good price. I used this Cypress in my massage oil to help with pain and inflammation, and it works great!
Really helped the blood flow in my legs! I would apply with lotion every day and within two months my vericose veins has lightened and some even completely diminished. It also smells good, very calming!
