Uses

• Apply Valor oil to the soles of the feet or the nape of the neck before bed relaxation.
• Rejuvenate your spirit during the day by inhaling it directly or massaging it into the neck, chest, and wrists.
• Apply it to your wrist and hold them together to feel the consistency of your qi.

Valor Oils Respiratory Blend

Directions for Use

Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to the desired area. Dilution is not required, except for the most sensitive skin.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 3 times daily, 1 hour each time.
