Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

At Aromaeasy, customer satisfaction reigns supreme. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, you may return unused items within 30 days for a full product refund.

Return Procedure:

  1. Return Authorization:

    • All returns necessitate a Return Authorization Number. Contact our Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number alongside return instructions.
    • Ensure to include a copy of the Returned Goods Authorization and an invoice to accelerate the refund process.

Return Conditions:

  1. Time Frame:

    • Returns are acceptable within 30 days from the receipt date for a full product refund.
    • Post 30 days, store credit will be issued, with no returns accepted beyond 90 days.
  2. Product Condition:

    • Items must be in original, unused condition and housed in their original packaging.
    • Not applicable to samples, special, final sale, liquidation items, and drum orders of 396 lbs and above.
  3. Restocking Fee:

    • Subjective returns incur a 20% restocking fee or a minimum of $10, whichever is greater.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Clearance items, Hazardous Materials like Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) or Potassium Hydroxide, large orders, drums, pallets, special orders, and custom printed labels, unless defective.
  5. International Returns:

    • Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for return or refund.
  6. Return Shipping:

    • The responsibility of return postage falls on the customer. In cases where our discounted return shipping label is used, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, orders shipped under the free shipping promotion will have both shipping fee and return postage deducted from the final refund.
  7. Subscription Cancellations:

    Yes, we offer both monthly and annual subscription plans, and you can cancel either at any time. Please note that cancellations become effective at the end of the billing period for your chosen plan, and no refunds will be issued for already paid fees. For Dropshipping services, subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

Case Scenarios:

  1. Order yet to be shipped: Full product cost refund, inclusive of taxes.
  2. Damaged or faulty product: Notify us with a product photo within 30 days for a replacement; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
  3. Shipped order: Unable to cancel or modify. Return the package in original packaging for a product cost refund, shipping charges excluded.
  4. Unmet expectations: Covered by our 100% Satisfaction and 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Return the product in its original packaging for a product cost refund, two-way shipping costs excluded.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are permissible within 30 days of receiving, given the items are in a resalable condition. Items can be exchanged for other item(s) of equal value or a credit memo can be issued for future in-store or online redemption.

Faulty or Damaged Item Returns:

  • Notify our customer service team within 48 hours of collection or delivery to arrange a return for damaged or faulty items. If items are damaged, faulty, or misdescribed, we will cover the return cost.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receipt of your returned item(s), refunds will be processed and issued to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
