Before you sign up
Which products get the wholesale discount?
Essential oils, bulk oils, oil kits, roll-on blends, aroma diffusers, proprietary blends, bath bombs, glass bottles and other eligible ranges, 16 in total. Once you are logged in, every eligible product page shows your wholesale price. Retail sales, coupons and promotions do not stack with wholesale pricing.
Do I need a tax ID or resale certificate?
No. Accounts open instantly and nothing needs to be uploaded. Wholesale pricing is intended for businesses that resell or use our products, and we reserve the right to refuse wholesale orders or close accounts that are not businesses.
What is the minimum order?
$250 per order after discounts. Shipping and handling are not counted toward the minimum. Orders below $250 are charged at regular prices.
How long do wholesale orders take, and can I cancel?
Please allow up to two weeks for wholesale orders to be processed. We email you if the lead time will be longer. Orders cancelled after production begins, usually 24 to 48 hours after payment, carry a 20% cancellation and restocking fee.
I want dropshipping or private label instead
Dropshipping is a separate membership with order syncing and one-click CSV upload. See the dropshipping FAQ. For your own brand on our oils, see private label essential oils. A wholesale account is not required for either.
